To receive the race pack, you must provide:
- an identity document (birth certificate)
- an original medical certificate confirming that the child is fit to participate in competitions, certified by a doctor (Form 086 or the template provided in Appendix No. 3)
-written consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate in the competition. The parent/guardian must complete the required form (Appendix No. 2) and be personally present when collecting the race/start package.
- a statement from the coach confirming that the athlete is prepared to complete the course (form provided in Appendix No. 2).
