Successful performance at any competition starts with proper preparation. PRO athletes devote most of their lives to the sport, sometimes training up to six times a week.
But what about those competing in the “Amateur” category—or those who simply want to give triathlon a try?
One option is individual training with a coach, if it fits into the athlete’s schedule and budget. However, when workouts need to be integrated into a busy work routine, and motivation has to be maintained, challenges may arise along the way.
The Federation offers several proven training platforms, including sports clubs and private coaches who organize group sessions. Training alongside like-minded people helps you stay motivated, support each other on the road to future victories, and gain an extra boost of energy and team spirit.
