Vitaliy is a coach of the Triathlon Federation, working with teenagers from 7 to 13 years old and older . The coach builds the training process based on trusting relationships with children, creating a comfortable and safe atmosphere during classes. This approach helps athletes feel supported, not fear making mistakes, and communicate openly with the coach. As a result, motivation, engagement, and training effectiveness increase.
