USER AGREEMENT FOR USE OF
www.triathlon.uz

1. Scope of the Agreement and Administration:

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between the User and the Administration of the website www.triathlon.uz (hereinafter referred to as the Site), managed by the NGO "Uzbekistan Triathlon Federation" (hereinafter referred to as the Administration). The Site includes all domains and elements available at the specified address, as well as at other addresses where access to the Site is possible.

2. User Definition:

2.1. User is an individual who has completed the registration procedure on the Site by filling out the registration form.

2.2. The Administration undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the User’s personal data.

2.3. Use of the functionality of the Site is permitted only after the User has registered and authorized on the Site in accordance with the procedure established by the Administration.

3. Purpose of the Site:

3.1. The Site provides Users with access to a library of knowledge, information, materials, lectures, goods and/or services, both free and for a fee.

3.2. The User undertakes to use the site in accordance with this Agreement and current legislation.

3.3. The login and password chosen by the User are necessary and sufficient information for the User to access the Site. The User does not have the right to transfer his login and password to third parties, and bears full responsibility for their safety, independently choosing the method of storing them.

4. User Responsibilities:

4.1. The User undertakes to comply with the terms of this Agreement from the moment of first access to the Site and use it in accordance with current legislation.

4.2. The User agrees not to use the Site for:

  • 4.2.1. Posting illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene materials.
  • 4.2.2. Violations of intellectual property rights.
  • 4.2.3. Distribution of spam and any other unsolicited information.

5. Site Materials:

5.1. For the purposes of this Agreement, Site materials mean protected intellectual property, including literary or musical works; graphics, texts, photographs; derivatives, compilations, and other types of works; user interfaces, visual interfaces, brand names, logos, computer programs, databases; Design, structure, selection, coordination, appearance, general style, and position of materials and other intellectual property posted on the Site, as well as information, data, documents, etc., posted separately and/or together.

6. Violation of Conditions:

6.1. Violation by the User of the terms of this Agreement gives the Administration the right to delete the User’s account from the Site without the possibility of recovery, as well as remove the User from the database and deny access to purchased goods and/or services.

7. Access to the Site and Guarantees:

7.1. Access to the Site is provided on an “as is” basis. The Administration does not make any guarantees, direct or indirect, regarding the performance of the Site or its individual sections, as well as the performance of links posted on the Site.

7.2. To access certain features of the Site, the User may be required to register by creating an account.

7.3. The User is required to provide current, accurate, and complete information upon registration.

7.4. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his password and for all activities performed under his account.

8. Participation in Triathlon:

8.1. By registering on the Site and/or purchasing goods and/or services related to participation in triathlon competitions or events, the User confirms that he has carefully read the rules of the sport "triathlon" and intends to participate in triathlon competitions, observing these rules and safety standards (both for themselves and for other participants), respecting competitors, judges, and spectators.

9. Licenses:

9.1. By purchasing a slot on the Site, the User receives the right to participate in competitions organized by the Triathlon Federation of Uzbekistan, without the need to provide a license, but is required to provide insurance against accidents.

9.2. By purchasing a license from the Uzbekistan Triathlon Federation on the Site, the User automatically receives insurance against accidents during competitions organized by the Uzbekistan Triathlon Federation and is allowed to participate in these competitions.

9.3. The User understands and accepts the risks to his health and life associated with participation in competitions.

IMPORTANT:

9.4. The annual triathlete license, regardless of the date of purchase, expires on December 31 of the current year. This license provides a one-time discount for all its holders at local competitions organized in Uzbekistan, as well as access to international triathlon competitions.

9.5. A single triathlete license is valid for one (1) month from the date of issue by the Administration. This license does not provide discounts on events organized by the Uzbekistan Triathlon Federation during its validity period.

10. Messages and Mailings:

10.1. By registering on the Site, the User agrees to receive news, announcements about competitions, information from partners, notifications about the opening of registrations for events and other information and commercial messages.

11. Unsubscribe:

11.1. The User may at any time refuse to receive newsletters by notifying the Administration by email specified in the newsletter or in the “Contacts” section on the Site. The Administration may take up to thirty (30) days to process such requests, during which the User will continue to receive mailings and notifications.

12. Responsibility:

12.1. The Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the Site.

12.2. The Administration is not responsible for the content of external sites that may be linked to from the Site.

13. Denial of Access:

13.1. The Administration reserves the right to deny access to the Site to any User or group of Users without explanation and without prior notice. The Administration may take measures that it deems necessary or appropriate to ensure and/or verify compliance with this Agreement.

14. Dispute Resolution:

14.1. All possible disputes under this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

15. Entry into Force, Changes to the Agreement:

15.1. The Agreement comes into force from the moment it is accepted by the User.

15.2. The Administration reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User. Changes come into force from the moment they are published on the website.

15.3. The new version of the Agreement (including any of its parts) comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Administration Website or brought to the attention of the User in another convenient form, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

15.4. Continued use of the site after changes are made means the User agrees to the new terms.
