The Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex JSC, specializing in the extraction and processing of precious and non-ferrous metal ores, is a large industrial enterprise comprising the Kalmakyr, Angren, Chadak, and Handiza mining administrations, as well as the Kauldy mine. It also includes five beneficiation plants, a zinc plant, a copper smelting plant, a central repair and mechanical plant, automotive and technological transport management, and an industrial railway transport division. Additionally, the complex includes a limestone plant, an explosives plant, a thermal power station, an industrial water supply facility, a project management department, an electrical networks management division, a capital construction management division, the Olmalyk Metallurgical Construction Trust, and a specialized repair management department, among others.
